Beer Review #2: Rogue Shakespeare Stout

This one is one of my favorite stouts.

Appearance - Dark and smooth. The medium head is infused with brown, and laces the glass nicely.

Smell - Hints of chocolate and a little bit of coffee. A touch of roasted malts.

Taste - Starts with a malty taste, espresso middle, and then ends on a sweet chocolaty note. Once its down, it leaves a hoppy bitterness, making my mouth want the next sip. Complex, delicious.

Mouthfeel - VERY well balanced, somewhat creamy. My mouth sooo approves.

Drinkability - I want to drink this slowly, enjoying each mouthful. Not too heavy.

A+/10
