Beer Reviews #5 - Arrogant Bastard Ale

Appearance - A deep dark cloudy amber with soft cascading bubbles that form a large frothy white head that dissipates slowly, leaving a beautiful lacing around the glass.

Smell - A sweet piney scent (with the sweet predominating) and a touch of citrus.

Taste - Coats with mouth with a great balance of malt and hops wrapped up with an underlying caramel base.

Mouthfeel - Thick, smooth, and creamy, with a gentle carbonation. Fantastic.

Drinkability - I want to drink more, but I'm hesitant to do so when I need to wake up early. My mouth wants more for sure. Maybe one more wouldn't hurt...

A/9
