Beer Review #4 - Sierra Nevada Pale Ale

Appearance - Pours a light, clear amber with a medium white head that retains well and leave a nice lacing around my glass

Smell - A citrus smell, with underlying floral and pine notes.

Taste - Citrus (mainly grapefruit) and hops upfront. The bitterness from the hops is prominent. The taste lingers in the mouth.

Mouthfeel - A nicely carbonated, balanced feel. Crisp, clean,  bitter, giving way to soft creaminess.

Drinkability - Very tasty. One of my favorite pale ales (a staple of mine). Strongly recommended!

A-/8
